Curd - your skin’s best friend!

Curd can be named as a natural skin moisturizer. It hydrates your skin. Nourishes it , tones it and soothes your skin at all cost. It is also very effective to intake it. It is proven that it has anti-inflammatory properties that helps with acne and pimples. It is great source of Vitamin D and calcium. When used right it is beneficial for both hair and skin care routine.

1. Curd and aloe vera

Mix these two ingredients well and apply it your scalp. Let it set for 20 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water using mild shampoo.

2. Curd and honey

Mix these together and apply it to your skin and let it set for 15 minutes and wipe it off gently with warm cloth (cotton). You can also add rose water that is optional to give a refreshing effect. It reduces puffiness, dark circles and dull skin look

3. Curd and turmeric

Turmeric is a proven product for natural acne and pimple remedy. It is also said that turmeric has a natural facial hair removal properties. Mix curd and turmeric together (you can also add honey) and apply it to your face. Let it set for 20 minutes and then wipe it off with lukewarm water for instant glowing and healthy looking skin.

4. Curd and lemon

This combination create wonders. Mix these two ingredients and apply it to your scalp and hair. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash it off. These two works together accordingly in removing or controlling dandruff and also treats damaged hair scalp. It is recommended to do twice a month.

5. Coconut milk and curd

Mix these up and apply it to your hair and gently massage it with your finger tips and leave it for 30 minutes and wash it off using mild shampoo. This hair pack nourishes your damaged scalp, conditions your hair and controls hairfall. Also leaves a silky smooth, healthy looking hair behind.
